DRIVER'S LICENSE AND AGE
Persons who are 23 years of age and have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years for (B-E) Group vehicles, and persons who are 25 years of age and have a valid driver's license for at least 5 years for all other group vehicles (Bera Car Rental Automotive Tourism Industry Trade Limited Company) Bera Car Rental car rental can benefit from its services.
RENTAL PERIOD
The price system will be lower if the rental increases for at least 1 day. For long-term rentals, it is recommended that you contact our nearest office.
KM LIMIT
There is a daily limit of 250 km for rentals of economic and middle class vehicles for less than 10 days, and there is no km limit for Kayseri branch vehicles for rentals of 10 days or more. In our other branches, there is a limit of 250 km for daily rentals and 2500 km for monthly rentals. The mileage excess fee is 4.46 + VAT kuruş. For large family and upper group vehicles, the km excess fee is 6.46 + VAT kuruş.
FUEL
Unless there is a contrary situation, vehicles are delivered with a full tank of fuel. You must return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel. If you return it with missing fuel, fuel fee and service fee will be charged. The service fee is 10€. Please keep the fuel receipt you received for the vehicle with you.
ISSUES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
The prices applied include vehicle maintenance expenses, accident insurance, roadside assistance insurance, 24/7 airport delivery and pickup fees. Our vehicles are new models, well-maintained by an authorized service and covered by our company's warranty.
In case of any accident or malfunction, it is guaranteed that the problem will be resolved as soon as possible (24 hours - 1 business day). If the problem persists, replacement vehicle service is provided. If the driver does not comply with the rules written in the contract and is at fault for a malfunction in the vehicle, replacement vehicle service will not be provided.

E-F-G-T Group (vehicles such as Astra, Fluance etc.)

As a result of your reservation, any vehicle brand from the specified group can be supplied. If there is no vehicle availability in the group in which our customers' reservations have been confirmed, a vehicle will be supplied from the higher group without any price difference.
(For example: Our customers who rent a Renault Symbol diesel manual or similar vehicle may be given a Fiat Linea diesel manual vehicle. If there is no vehicle availability in the specified vehicle group, a Fiat Egea or Renault Fluance brand vehicle may be given at the approved reservation price.)
PAYMENT & DEPOSIT
At the time of rental, the total rental fee is collected in cash or from the specified credit cards. If the rented vehicle is returned early, no refund will be made. For delays up to 2 hours in returning the vehicle, 1/3 of the rental fee will be charged for each hour, and for longer delays, a daily rental fee will be charged for each hour. The price calculation method is based on the euro exchange rate. For early bookings, payment method is accepted in euro currency. Our customers who will pay in a currency other than Euro will make payment in other currencies according to the Euro exchange rate on the day the vehicle is delivered. There is no deposit requirement for valid American Express, Visa, Master Card holders. Our customers living abroad can rent a car without a credit card. (Customers who will pay by credit card must make payment on our website.)

Baby Seat (EU 2/Day): A seat that keeps children safe by being fixed to the car seat.
Mini Damage Insurance (EU 4-5 / Daily): Provided by Bera Car Rental (4€ for rentals over 10 days, 5€ for rentals less than 10 days), car body damage up to 5000 TL in unilateral accidents, accident detection report, alcohol report, etc. guarantees without. (Insurance does not cover tire breakage, glass breakage and headlight breakage that may occur in the vehicle)
Mini Damage Insurance (EU 9-11 / Daily): Provided by Bera Car Rental (9€ for rentals over 10 days, 11€ for rentals less than 10 days), damages up to 8000 TL in declared unilateral accidents in luxury car group rentals, accident detection report, alcohol report etc. guarantees without. (Insurance does not cover tire punctures, glass breakage and headlight breakage that may occur in the vehicle.)
Rubber Glass Headlight Damage Insurance (EU 4-5 / Daily): Provided by Bera Car Rental (4€ for rentals over 10 days, 5€ for rentals less than 10 days), accident detection report, alcohol report, etc. for damages up to 5000 TL in one-sided accidents. . It covers damage caused by tire splits, glass breaks, and headlight breaks. (It does not cover any damage to the bodywork that may occur in the vehicle.)
Rubber Glass Headlight Damage Insurance (EU 9-11 / Daily): Accident detection report for damages up to 8000 TL in declared one-sided accidents in luxury vehicle group rentals provided by Bera Car Rental (9€ for rentals over 10 days, 11€ for rentals less than 10 days). , alcohol report etc. It covers damage caused by tire splits, glass breaks and headlight breaks. TRAFFIC AND PARKING FINE
Traffic fines belong to the tenant. If the vehicle is detained by traffic, this period is included in the rental period.
PICKUP AND DROP-OFF
Delivery and pickup within city limits is completely free. To leave your car at other locations, you can see our current one-way fare prices by entering your pickup and return locations on our website.
INSURANCE
Vehicles are insured for all kinds of accident conditions. A report must be kept for the insurance to be valid. Traffic and alcohol reports should be kept immediately after the accident. If the accident is double-sided, the other party's license photocopy, insurance policy photocopy and driver's license photocopy must be taken from the other party at the scene of the accident and the same documents belonging to you must be given to the other party. Immediately after the accident, you should be notified via the number on the rental agreement. In case the report is not kept, is incomplete or invalid, the renter cannot benefit from insurance in any way and cannot claim to benefit from it.
If the vehicle is driven under the influence of alcohol, any substance or above the legal speed limits and the person renting the vehicle is 100% at fault, the person renting the vehicle will be held responsible for all material and moral damages that may occur.
In the cases stated below, the claim to benefit from insurance will be deemed invalid and the resulting damages will not be covered by insurance.
- Using a person other than the name or names specified on the vehicle rental agreement,
- Using the vehicle under normal conditions (Use that will damage the engine, driving with a flat or damaged tyre, filling fuel incorrectly, not complying with legal speed limits, not following the vehicle in front in accordance with the safe following distance, violations such as red lights, etc.)
- The load carried in the vehicle causes an accident,
- In case of an accident or damage, not notifying the contact number provided, leaving the vehicle at the scene of the accident,
- Failure to obtain an alcohol report at the time of the accident, (Alcohol report must be taken immediately at the time of the accident, legally 0.15 promil is considered alcoholic for each hour in which an alcohol report is not taken, and users with 0.50 promil are considered to have drunk a vehicle.)
- Failure to submit the accident report to the relevant office even though a maximum of 48 hours have passed since the accident occurred,
- Failure to return the original key and vehicle license in case the vehicle is stolen,
- Continuing to use the vehicle and not delivering it without any approval even though the rental period has ended,
- Taking action in case of damage to tires, headlights or windows without informing the relevant contact numbers,
The lessor undertakes the legal liability that may arise as a result of accidents that cause damage to third parties, within the scope of the contracted financial liability insurance coverage and the amount of compensation it can receive from the insurance company. All material and moral compensation and legal liability above this amount belongs to the tenant and the lessor has the right of recourse to the tenant. The customer is responsible for amounts outside the coverage limits. Bera Car Rental cannot be held responsible for amounts outside the guarantee (Kayseri bera rent a car, Kayseri bera car rental).
In case of theft, it is sufficient for the police or gendarmerie to file a report and deliver the original keys and vehicle license to our office. Reports must be delivered to our office within 24 hours at the latest.
Damages to tires, glass and headlights are not included in the exempt accident insurance. Insurance must also be purchased.
Important warning ! In case of an accident, apply to the nearest police station and obtain an accident and alcohol report before changing the location of the vehicle, otherwise all insurance will be deemed invalid and the renter will be responsible for all damage costs and material / moral damages caused to third parties.
Users are deemed to have accepted the articles written on this page and all the issues included in the vehicle delivery contract. In case of any disputes that may arise, Bera Car Rental's Turkish written contract rules will apply.
